• Ages 12-65 (parental consent required in person for riders under 18).
• Weight between 45-100 kg and height over 130 cm.
• Wear modest, comfortable clothing and closed shoes (no skirts, dresses, or flip-flops).
• Be in good health.
• Not pregnant.
• No existing or recurring injuries.
• Not under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any substances that impair judgment (including certain medications).
• Free from serious physical or mental conditions that could hinder completing the ride’s tasks.
• No medical conditions requiring immediate attention.
Identification and Ticket Information:
• Present a valid photo ID (e.g., Emirates ID, driving license, or passport) along with the debit/credit card used for the purchase.
• The name on the ID must match the rider’s name.
• Each ticket is valid for one person only and is specific to the time and person listed on it; tickets cannot be reused or transferred.
