Each tandem package includes medical insurance, photos, and a standard edited video delivered within 48 hours. You can also opt for a 1-minute Instagram-ready video. Please ensure you meet all requirements before booking, as refunds are not available for ineligible participants.

Weight & BMI

To ensure a safe tandem skydive, a minimum level of fitness is required, determined by your Body Mass Index (BMI) and weight. Skydive Dubai mandates that women must weigh 90 kg (198 lbs) or less with a BMI of 27.5 or lower, while men must weigh 100 kg (220 lbs) or less with a BMI of 30.0 or lower. These requirements are set by the equipment manufacturer, and no exceptions can be made. There is no minimum weight requirement, but you will be weighed (with shoes and clothes on) during check-in. You may also visit our locations before booking to check your weight.

Age
 

To participate in a tandem skydive, you must be between 18 and 75 years old on the day of your jump. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID (such as an Emirates ID, driver’s license, or passport). If you are 70 or older, you must download, complete, and bring a signed and stamped Declaration of Fitness form from your doctor before your arrival.

No drugs or alcohol

Skydive Dubai has a zero-tolerance alcohol and/or drugs policy. There must be no alcohol or drugs in your system 24 hours before your skydive.

Medical Condition

If you suffer from or have previously suffered from any of the conditions listed below, kindly download and fill out the Declaration of Fitness form (point 6) prior to your arrival at our location. The form must be completed and must be signed and stamped by your doctor. This is essential for both your safety and the safety of your instructor. If you do not follow these instructions, there is a chance your skydive could be cancelled. Please contact your doctor in case of any queries.
•    Epilepsy
•    Fits
•    Severe head injury
•    Recurrent blackouts or giddiness
•    Disease of the brain or nervous system
•    High blood pressure
•    Heart or lung disease
•    Dislocated shoulder or other limb(s)
•    Recurrent weakness
•    Diabetes
•    Mental illness
•    Drug or alcohol addiction
•    Paralysis 
•    Any past or present medical conditions

If you have a prosthetic limb, you are requested to contact our reservations team before you book your tandem experience. 
If you are pregnant, you should not skydive.

No Scuba Diving

Please avoid scuba diving at least 24 hours prior to you tandem skydive.

Important Information
 

Arrive at the time stated in your booking confirmation, as it reflects your check-in time, not your skydive time. For example, if your slot is at 10:00 am, arrive at 10:00 am. Plan to spend 3-4 hours at the location, as unforeseen delays (such as weather or air traffic) may occur. Bring a valid government photo ID, your gift certificate (if applicable), and a completed Declaration of Fitness form if you're 70 or older or have relevant medical conditions. Dress comfortably in athletic wear; avoid collared shirts, light-colored shorts, sandals, or swimwear. Secure laced sneakers are ideal. Store valuables in free personal lockers, and you'll be provided with protective goggles during your skydive.

Weather
 

Skydiving is weather-dependent, and conditions like high winds, poor visibility, rain, and low clouds can delay or cancel operations. If weather conditions are unfavorable, our team will place operations on "standby," with regular updates provided on-site. If the weather doesn't improve and we must cancel, you can either reschedule or receive a refund. While we strive to communicate any changes, Skydive Dubai reserves the right to close drop zones without prior notice. In such cases, you’ll be contacted to cancel or reschedule. Please note, Skydive Dubai is not responsible for any costs incurred due to these changes. For more details, refer to our Sales & Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

The payment you make when booking you skydive is refundable in the case of bad weather.
We cannot issue refunds for (examples, but not limited to):
•    Not meeting our age or weight/BMI requirements.
•    Not showing up on time.
•    Arriving under the influence of drugs/ and or alcohol.
•    If you’ve been scuba diving 24 hours before you skydive.
•    If your weight/BMI exceeds our health-and-safety requirements.
